Fans Forum - Monday 11th March on 08:18 - Mar 1 with 2146 views | QJumpingJack | Lets keep the thread on topic. We don't need to worry about one person's obsession with the Trust around 2015/16. A question should be asked about Nathan Jones and his presence this season. The Trust said at a recent forum that numbers were being cut in the directors box on matchday and they fought hard to keep two seats. So why has Jones been a visitor this season on more than one occasion? Watson needs to answer this at the forum.

Fans Forum - Monday 11th March on 01:11 - Mar 1 by ReslovenSwan1 | I have had a look at the accounts. Close on £1m in the bank with a £50,000 loss this year. (on going legal fees £39,000). The interest gains were £3,000. (Some moneys in Building society to fair). Interest on saving 0.3%. This is the truth. Inflation on average 5.2%. De valuation 4.9%. This equates to £49,000 a year. Subscription appear to have crumbled with £2,500 reported. This is pathetic. One thousand member paying £10 would be £10,000. This is the Truth. [Post edited 1 Mar 1:48]

Why would you mention £10, if you've looked at the accounts??

He hasn't a clue. The membership fees now are only in place to cover administration costs and range from £1 to £5 with some paying nothing. No collapse only a restructuring of fees. TBH I have no interest in the trust, I'm just not happy with the blatant lies.

So the £2,500 covers the admin fees right? No wrong actually. The costs were £51,000 but that included paying £39,000 legal fees to support their legal friends. (Their biggest beneficiary by far - ever). Taking away donations and other voluntary costs the administration is about £7,500 (accounts insurances printing communications etc). There is a £5000 deficit on even that. I get the feeling organization has "given up" and just along for the ride. The Trust and the members are on the good old Welsh "easy osaey". Run the thing down they have enough cash for another 30 years doing diddly squat. We know all abut economic shrinkage in these parts. "We are here to protect football in Swansea" Yeah right.

Fans Forum - Monday 11th March on 15:50 - Mar 1 with 1972 views | ReslovenSwan1 | When the club took over the lease of the ground the club stated it would help develop 3 g pitches in the Swansea area, It said this on the website. “With the help of Council Leader Rob Stewart, we identified a scarcity of all-weather pitches throughout Swansea. Together we agreed that, beyond the fixed economics of our new lease arrangement, the football club would make an additional commitment in the form of 3G pitches. We are committed to fund the construction of two 3G pitches every five years that the public will have access to.” Has this been done? excellent post. point 6 - the Trust claim Gude is here to create a "winning culture throughout the club". When will this begin? | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Fans Forum - Monday 11th March on 22:38 - Feb 28 by Dr_Winston | I assume by "passion and ambition" you mean "Spend shitloads more". There are obvious questions over the future direction of the club. It's obvious that in recent years we've wavered between some ludicrous vision of the future sold by Russell Martin, then when that failed miserably some 180 degree course correction and ultimately ended up right back where we started. I'd like to know where Williams differs from Martin and why that was enough to offer him the job. If he doesn't differ from Martin then I'd like to know when we can expect the resignations. |
no mate I mean do your homework and stop banging square pegs into round holes. Spend more on scouts and the academy, I don't want to be reading. Have contingent plans Sign multiple position players we didn't go up last time as the harlum globetrotters WE WERE PLYMOUTH ARGYLE SIZE!

Fans Forum - Monday 11th March on 10:53 - Mar 8 with 1503 views | KeithHaynes | Where is his investment money from the club chairman ? How much did he put in ? Who else is involved in this fund ? How much have they invested ? Is it being accessed to assist the alleged losses each month or are they keeping it in the USA solely ? If that’s the case why ? Why are investments made in to the Swans being kept out of the immediate gaze of the HMRC and in a USA fund ? Why won’t they speak about this fund, and explain ‘fully’ the process behind it ? What are the agreed payments to Andrew Coleman, his family, schooling, cars and housing and the overall costing of a year as club chairman ? What financial commitment has been made for the appointment of Ken Gude ? Again as per Coleman, family, schooling, cars, housing and overall costs ?

One question in advance. Can we have a live TV link for certain out-of-town Jacks. You would be the person to put this to them directly I’d say.

No mate. I'm convinced it will be a tick box exercise and they will not answer any questions that matter. I used to go to every one when questions from the floor meant exactly that. They now want a structured forum where they will only let you ask questions that they are prepared to answer. That's my opinion, I could be wrong.
