Well not all of those Americans would be eligible to vote, to start with at the last election there were 240 million eligible voters with under 160 million turnout so about 66% of them can vote. Trump got roughly 75 million votes.
Trump is still the preferred Republican candidate for the majority, despite what you want to be the case, Trump is not finished and is the favoured candidate for the majority of his party,
