Very unlikely he has been bought back to feature in the first team this season. It could happen I suppose but unlikely. If it was to play then surely Shodipo would be the obvious one to bring back (needs to be released and ain’t good enough at Championship level but you take my point). Might just be Ainsworth getting his ducks in a row for the summer whether we stay up or not . Let’s face it , if we are relegated , that U23/ B team will all feature after the fire sale we’ll need to try and have .
We need a hard northerner up font with a good old fashioned northern name.
Bring on Arthur Blackpudding!
I once briefly went out with a girl whose surname was Leatherbarrow.
A propos de nothing…
Oops, that comment probably belongs on the dull men’s thread
"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."
Aw please, I've spent all afternoon making a big cardboard cut out of the geezer now. was going to take it to Rotherham.
The tattoo on my inner thigh was excruciatingly painful but I know Dillon is worth it

Not seen him “live” but looked tricky when playing for U21 and this season in a televised game ( FA Cup) for Torquay. Skilful whether he is ready for championship let’s see..it’s a lot to ask, but other clubs do it ( Brizzle?) so why not. It’s what we need to do I feel.
If he's not ready for the championship he'll fit in a treat with 90% of our squad.
Ha, well serves Torquay right for not agreeing a longer deal then! Still think we'll have a look at him, I recall Warbs liked him enough to stick him on the bench a couple of times
Slightly worrying that Walsh is only on loan at Maidenhead. Thought he was being touted at the replacement for Dieng?
Kelman has only scored 5 for Orient this season.
Not exactly inspiring confidence seeing as we paid money for them both.
Joe Walsh is only 20 and playing in the National League, for comparison Dieng joined Whitehawk and then Hampton and Richmond in the league below at the age of 23. I wouldn't be too worried there.
Seriously, are we now suggesting that a non-league player will be able to step up to the Championship?? Daft!!!!
The trouble is, we are now utterly desperate. Business as usual approaches are failing. It’s surely worth trying the odd wild card.

Blimey, never in our most desperate nightmare scenario, did we ever think when we were top o'the league and bossing it, that Dillon Da Silva would generate at least two pages on LFW on 1 March, as we debated whether he will save us from the drop or not!

At £1m each they were probably worth the gamble. What's key (as we are finding out) is the wages. If they're sitting on £50k - £75k a year then fine. If they're each pulling in £250k a year then it's a big problem and unfortunately we've far to many players who should be on the former actually on the latter

I mean, it's mainly gallows humour isn't it?
On the plus side, I dreamt we didn't win any games until the last game of the season last night. We did however, win the last one 3-2 to stay up, although this came with the help of Ebere Eze who was back on loan and Lee Cook coming out of retirement.
