call me stupid but we have just sacked our 'recruitment team'.. what are you expecting us to do? Panic buy like last year?

You're not stupid. your point is logical.
But we haven't brought in any recruitments so far at a senior level. I just stated a fact and I didn't overly complain.
I'm disappointed at the Sema thing but I guess we can still turn things around.
In the other hand..if we wait too long for the right players we might miss out on them and be stuck with the leftovers as usual. We need to get going. |  |
