Shootings & Explosions in Paris on 17:00 - Nov 14 by Private_Partz
Shoot and ask questions later Is something that has been the West's undoing in the past but I cannot argue with the sentiment. We have more to agree than disagree with Russia a the moment. We need to secure the Syria / Iraq border and ensure there are no territories in either country occupied by ISIS. In conjunction we must cut off the supply of funding. I don't know enough about the area but I have heard Saudi A and Quatar have been involved with this. Plus who is buying the oil produced? We need to cut off the supply of funds to them The price to pay would be a brutal dictator left in Syria but he would be there to be knocked back in the future with a combination sanctions and financial pressures. As far as Iraq is concerned then the UN would need to ensure security in the region whilst a democracy is allowed to develope. Initiatives from them have been seriously lacking so far. A vacuum must not be left again for extremeism to develope again whatever. If these objectives are met we are them left with the worldwide problem of the disenfranchised and weak who would still be subject to exploitation by the extremists. Working within the Muslim communities is the way forward and the U.K. may very well be leading the way on this and could become a blueprint for others to follow. It will not stop terrorist attacks in the short or medium term but it would provide the building bricks for the future. It is not easy and similar initiatives would be needed in Afghanistan and Lybia. The refugee crisis will be with us for a long time yet. We also have to help develope some of N African nations to stop economic migration as well. It is one Hell of a job but I believe all of the civilised world has an interest in seeing that such initiatives are a success.

Who is buying the oil form ISIS/ISIL?...why their biggest opponent of course just over the border...TURKEY.
Its done on the black market and every government know whats going on its smuggled over the border but why aren't the west imposing sanctions on them??? billions a year into their coffers to buy more arms...
Hypocrisy at it s worse....

Thanks for that Lord. Those supporting ISIS need to be named and shamed. In fact shamed is not a sufficient penalty. Sanctions of the highest order need to be applied.

The Turks have always played both sides and are blackmailing the EU . They say if they stop all refugees crossing from Turkey to Greece they should be admitted. With the information coming to light that they are helping to fund IS they should face heavy sanctions.

We're in a war. Duty of care of our government, the governments in Europe is the safety of European nationals. That is the priority, nothing else.
There is a war in Syria. We have terrorists in Europe. Anyway logistically it would be easier to vet and have border controls than forcibly shift nearly one million people scattered across Europe against their will.

Part of the problem is that this isn't a "war" by any internationally or legally valid definition of the term.
Those definitions were set in stone long before this kind of terrorism was thought of. ISIL, regardless of what the BBC would want viewers to think are not a sovereign state nor a nation.
It's a modern war against a modern force. Lawyers and those pretending otherwise are seriously deluded.

I don't need a lawyer to tell me the difference between a war and a terrorist insurgence. It does not need redefining just because it is happening in Europe.

And let's not forget that it was cries of a "War on terror" that at least in part landed the world and Europe in the situation it now finds itself.
Sadly I think we going to see a lot more of this and many peaceful Muslims who are the undoubted vast majority will suffer as a result. It Is just what ISIS hope for so that even the peacful ones will be come disenfranchised and join them in their self proclaimed holy war.

It is a war pal, A war against terrorism.....Unfortunately it can only get worst as there are enough radical idiots (i wont call them Muslims) to form a small army in the UK and Europe. You cant negotiate with idiots that are willing freely to strap bombs on themselves with the soul purpose of murdering anyone who don't conform to their ideologically views, Its far too late for that now as they are here among us... We need to get out there and fight them with everything we have and i mean all European countries. The ones in Europe already will of course retaliate and there will be loss of life but they will be out in the open and we will have more chance of catching them.......There is no end in sight as our leaders in Brussels do nothing but talk and everyone has different views that cant get everyone to agree........Talking wont solve anything in this case and that should be turned into action and now this has happened in Paris maybe now something may start to happen. We cannot ignore this and confine it to Brussels to just do more talking.......more action and less talking is now needed...

So it's all down to the lizards then?
Some may argue that the lizard thing is a reference to a certain part of the brain that enables the fight/flight etc,etc those that have that part of the brain perhaps over developed tend to be more succesful in life and find it easy to walk over others to get what they want, namely power and money.
Others may say Icke has been smart enough to drop it into his being as it means he is perceived as a bit eccentric therefore not a target to be silenced, in the meantime he still gets to talk about things that are relevent to what is happening in the world .
Those that have spoken with true insight in the past have tended to be silenced right ?
