Bollock they'll get 3 months at the hearing. If they don't agree before and it goes to court. If the debt is proven to be genuine it's liquidation.

HMRC have taken the nuclear option. It's going to a much higher court than a local county court. I once took a business to court for a £20 debt. They offered £2 k outside court. 10 minutes in front of the judge and they owed me £32.k . They went into liquidation | |

Agree. But if a 15 year old has moved to Everton for £300,000 it would have been in the papers as that is newsworthy.
It's not even made Granada Reports, so I'd assume this deal is bollocks. When we sold Matt Hughes to Celtic for £50,000 that made local news and he was 16! | |
