The Blackpool chairman argued his charge was unlawful and that text messages sent to a supporter, in which he labelled him a 'retard', were private.
That was rejected by the FA, who are likely to ban Oyston from football activities in the coming weeks.

Ribble - I entirely agree - it's probably been what he's been waiting for - he would then say no one can do business whilst he's not at the club and therefore no business will be done. God help the new manager! | |
