Clark's latest interview on Radio Lancs promises to develop and promote youth team players. He says it doesn't matter what age they are if they're good enough they will be brought into the first team squad.

Well that's at least something - I'd sooner blood some youngsters than watch some lazy arsed chancer pick up an undeserved player appearance bonus!
