I agree that's what's so utterly frustrating. Last season was awful but we somehow got promoted, basically it was so obvious that it should have been Thankyou and Goodbye to Redknapp after the play off final.
In my head I was 100% sure that the season would end up like this, i was just hoping I was wrong

We have more quality in our squad than we have had for years. Its a managers job to utilise his staff and get them playing to their strengths.There is absolutley no sign of this happening.I think Harry must spend too much time down at Sandbanks and maybe needs to stay there for good. |  |

If you look back at the first 10 games last time we actually put a few decent performances in. Can you imagine this lot doing well against a side like Arsenal as we did back in 2012-13. We look utterly clueless at the moment.

When did we last improve a player by our coaching and team environment? I can't think of one during the Fernandes era, but the problem goes back way before that. Players coming into QPR must think they have found their career graveyard. That is what we have become, so its no wonder players aren't performing. Its not a new training ground we need, it is a new management structure in the model developed by Southampton or other clubs who consistently develop talent, improve their players and sell them at a profit. At QPR we do the reverse of that. |  |

I'm not sure this is a better squad. We have three centre backs who are 35 years or older. We have full backs who are wing backs. We have Henry looking decent in our team that would struggle in the Championship. We have Zamora, old and can't last 90 minutes.Charlie up front on his own with no Premiership experience. We have Tarrabt who doesn't want to get fit, thinks he is too good for us and no-one else wants to buy as our potential saviour. | | | |
