Another "hot potato" lands in Monk's lap 23:14 - Feb 20 with 1353 viewsDavillin

Poor Monk. Another hot potato lands in his lap.

Juggling lineups for Liverpool Away in 3 days, then Napoli Away 4 days after that. Not to add Palace Home 3 days after that.

And now with three important question marks behind key players - Michu, Dyer, and Pablo.

Strangely enough, I have far more confidence that he'll get it right than our previous manager (If he were still here).

C/mon, Garry Monk! We're with you all the way!

I don't care. I'm old. I don't have to.

PL has priority. We are not safe yet. But either way I trust Monk to make the right decisions.

When you consider the performance overall against Everton in the cup last weekend, a number of players not used tonight could be called upon in the coming games and I'm sure would do okay. IMO tonight's team was pretty much our strongest though (excluding Michu of course). hope injuries to Pablo and Nath are not too serious as both were outstanding tonight.

The real slackjack .... beware of imposters! They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery ......... Enough said!
