All the talk about getting 9 points from the last 3 games and what did we get 2!!! It looks like not buying a striker and a defender in the transfer window was a BIG mistake. The manager talks a good game but today the players looked the same as they have done in last 2 years. Why when we were losing did he take a striker off to bring Austin on? If teams like Cardiff are doing the double over us we don't deserve to be in the Premier League.

Put your positive spin on that Nick!

The lack of activity in to the club during the transfer window has really been evident in the last 3 games as to what we’ve been left with-you can’t polish a turd after all however good a manager RH is...,,,

3 winnable games: 2 points, 2 goals conceded in injury time, zero decent performances. Concerning

What a punch in the fase.
We equalise in injury time from a tap in from Stephens and 2 minutes later Stephens gives the ball away in a dangerous which leads to Cardiff scoring the winner by a player who never scored in the PL before. Don´t know what to say about it right now....

Looks like Ralph Hasenhuttl has been stitched up by the board in not spending any money on new players.
Relegation now looks a big possibility when all we have is strikers who cant score and defenders who cant defend.

I'm afraid to say that it's over. The same issues happen most weeks with missed chances, soft goals gifted to the opposition. The transfer window spoke volumes. This does remind me of the poorviett/watte era. The lack of investment, getting experienced players off the books and bringing the youth through before they were ready e.g. mcgoldrick and blackstock etc. The guardian described saints passing as comical which prefixed with tragi describes the last three seasons. All the respect we once had is now pity at best and pathetic at worst. The defence issue will not change, an effective reliable striker will not be solved, the new manager bounce has gone we need to prepare for prexit. After all we are a 'small club's (TM Ralph)

Same mistakes can't clear the ball out of defense,we still look weak defending corners. With the height we have you would think we could win the ball in the air but when you have a player
6 ft 8 in that can't get more than 2 inches of the ground you get beaten all the time. This was a perfect example of being short handed up front which should not of happened, was glad to see Bertrand back though and was ok.We still seem to give the ball away far to much though and need to sought that out.
