Last year we would have been in trouble but I quite fancy Walsall as it is a home tie.

Also a chance to see any promising Academy lads getting a team debut, and maybe starts for the likes of Mara and Edozie, just as long as we don't lose the balance in the team when playing against a lower league side populated by ex-pros and tough giants with big feet.

Memories of Grimsby and Gillingham are still too fresh in the mind.

Agree this is a chance for some of the "back-up" players and youngsters. Aribo and Mara didn't look out of place yesterday. Ryan Frazer should get a start. Tyler Dibling too.
I saw an article by one Kelan Sarson for FootballFanCast that Dynel Simeu could soon replace "an ageing Bednarek"!! He's 27 for goodness sake! Mind you, the same Kelan Sarson suggested RM should drop Stuey Armstrong for the Cardiff game as being a week link!!
