I've just had a letter that my state pension from April this year will rise by £30 , not a lot in the scheme of things when you consider the next rise in fuel is to be announced , inflation on the rise , water rising to astonishing levels and because I have a private pension I'm over the threshold and pay tax, so just with those first two that £30 is long gone .The Government are not stupid ( hard to believe at times I know) but to continuing to leave the triple lock as it is will obviously drag more pensioners into falling into paying tax also their benefits may s cease. |

No one including yourself can only guess the outcome of any war with Russia when it fought with boots on g the ground but so far the estimates are that they've lost nearly 1/2 of a million in their current conflict , that number against as you've said yourself many times Ukraines forces which are no match for Ivan and yet you believe a combined Nato force containing of 2.6 million of Americans alone.are no match..
