Nice idea but as pointed out not feasible, I wonder could we have the kids playing at half or before kick off , I faintly remember games down the Vetch on a similar vein.
But not self imposed as is the case here .A budget devised and presented by someone who is proving to be way out of her depth, with a boss who's self serving . Clueless.
I rather do hope she takes to walking past open or even closed windows and is encouraged to do so , although a long winding staircase can also have the same effect albeit slower.
Well that all depends on your priorities really and as past experiences have shown health, wealth and well being along with education and in not in any particular order top of the list .
You couldn't make this up , " The Welsh Government has praised Wrexham Council for becoming the second local authority in Wales to begin the process of reverting selected 20mph roads back to 30mph limits. Cabinet Secretary for Transport and North Wales, Ken Skates, visited Wrexham on December 13 to review progress on the council's speed limit change. Then in is the difference, quicker in foot, thought and vision , which makes it more galling to see how far behind we as a Club have fallen , 8 years in the PL and not making up the number but competing , yesterday we couldn't compete against a side who was sitting bottom of the league without a win in how many . Liverpool and in some parts Spurs were a joy to watch and after that performance who can bet against them winning the PL.
You must have forgotten ( as I did) the anti-Thatcher track "Stand Down Margaret" song, by the Beat which reached number 22 in the chartsand was broadcast on both The Old Grey Whistle Test and the children's show Cheggers Plays Pop.
Heavens forbid it ever came to it but we now have more civil servants than squaddies , "The Civil Service, cut back drastically during David Cameron’s time as prime minister, is now four times the size of the British Armed Forces for the first time. Britain has a public payroll of 543,000 full-time mandarins and 137,000 regular troops", Vlad must be rubbing his hands in anticipation.
One aspect of the recent National Insurance rises a will be the impact on charities, form April next year out of every pound donated to a charity 45p will be "gifted " to the treasury . Some charities need a look at themselves when it comes to the renumeration of its directorship etc but even taking that aside that's a fair chuck of money lost to whatever cause it it concerns.
