Yep Wonder if we've had an apology...?

Mike Reilly apologizes.... on 13:50 - Nov 20 with 3398 views | karnataka | West Brom made a formal complaint about theirs so it couldn't be completely ignored and demanded some sort of official response. We didn't make a formal complaint so got not apology. I'm sure we'd have got one if we'd complained in writing. [Post edited 20 Nov 2013 13:51]

I agree we should have created more of a fuss. Maybe next time WBA are involved in a 50/50 call, the ref may have in the back of his mind the fact that they did make an official complaint. Andre Marriner's card has now officially been marked in a high profile situation and the ref may not want that happening to him as well and, who knows, it may just sway the decision very slightly but enough to make a difference.

They weren't so quick to effing complain when Lamah scored a perfectly good goal last season against them. 7 points better off my c0ck. These things really do even out.

Getting away with blatant pens is one thing, being awarded one for absolutely nothing is downright corrupt. Madely didnt want us to win, he changed the result nobody else. It still bloody hurts ! :-)

Mike Reilly apologizes.... on 13:52 - Nov 21 with 2652 views | SkipTheJack | I wouldn't say any of Ash's handballs were blatant. More like the "I've seen them given" category. Certainly no more blatant than the Joe Cole handball we didn't get a few weeks ago. [Post edited 21 Nov 2013 13:52]

That's exactly how I feel People say we should complain but if those people can explain what good it will do then I'd love to hear their thoughts on it, will it bring us the 3pts we were robbed of? If I was ML and Riley rang me to say sorry then I'd tell him to stick his apology up his backside then hang up

This is what I think. I don't care about an apology. What I'm worried about is my own enthusiasm for the sport. I want to see athletes compete against each other. I don't want the results to be decided by arbitrary referee decisions. I already stopped watching the World Cup many years ago since the semifinals and finals always seemed to be decided by scandalous referee calls. It's not the "referee" World Cup, it's the Football World Cup. Can anything be done about it? imo yes. The EPL is the most powerfull football competition in the world. Whatever the EPL does, so does the rest of the world. And if a couple of clubs got together and made it clear that they would support a change in the leadership in the FA, unless the FA started working towards using video to help the referees. Then things would start to move for sure. That's what I think.

Savvy managers have done it for years. It plants a seed in the refs head when they hear managers berating them on MOTD.With Laudrup, he just seems to accept it.You wouldn't hear Fergie or Mourinho lying down and accepting it.Fine or not.

I agree with your sentiments, however the "sceptic" in me tells me this is unlikely to happen any time soon, as the probable loosers with any changes to make the games fairer, will be the larger more "established clubs" ie:-, Manure, Cithe, Chelski, Arseandal, etc.
