Are you really surprised, the Manager is clueless, hasn't go a clue on his best 11, same mistakes week in-week out, dull, boring, negative football. He's a nice guy who talks a good game through, so thats ok.

Sutton United (a) Match Thread on 15:52 - Mar 5 by Sandyman | 2 down after stupid tippy tippy at the back and losing possession. Again. How often will this mistake be repeated? Very poor. |
We are so easy to play against, don't put many tackles in, no physicality, create very few chances and then just make mistakes and get punished. Exactly the same every game. Been the same with 3 managers now, who's at fault, players or coaches?

Sutton United (a) Match Thread on 15:56 - Mar 5 by dawlishdale | Horrendous defending afookingen. Poor pass to Jim, who should have cleared it but mistimed his attempt allowing them straight through on goal. And another observation is that Keohane is getting mullered by their winger. All in all, they are so much more strong and less fussy than we are. Rubbish Dale. |
No doubt a few changes and a bollocking at half time with an "improved" second half, depressingly predictable terrible start

Sutton United (a) Match Thread on 16:36 - Mar 5 with 2952 views | Masher | Time for Stockdale to go. Is he BBM in disguise? Nothing has changed. The same mistakes every game. Fans are busting their guts trying to save us from a hostile take over. This is great but useless if they cant sort the playing side out. This lot aren't giving 100% and that pisses me off. error strewn play EVERY GAME. SHAPE UP OR SHIP OUT. THIS ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH. 4 points from relegation places now. FFS do summat before its too late [Post edited 5 Mar 2022 16:39]

Probably why they have ended up at Rochdale.... Financially we cant compete for better players so we end up with misfits, shortarses and the injury prone and a few home grown kids. The club is a couple of million quid a year short thanks to small crowds and years of Director and managerial incompetence. Next year will probably be worse, assuming we stay up and that's far from certain

Sutton United (a) Match Thread on 16:55 - Mar 5 with 2573 views | CanadaDale | This is getting beyond frustrating. We’re so easy to play against and so predictable for the opposition to set out their tactics. We kept persisting with the same useless and predictable tactics expecting different results. Every game ultra defensive line up and just look bereft of ideas and fight. Newbys lack of conviction in tackles and the avoidance of any kind of 50/50 is really pissing me off. He’s got zero end product and gives the ball away so much. Mcnulty should never play a professional game of football again and is absolutely beyond past it! I’d rather set out attacking and really go for it every week than watch this boring predictable dross every week. Much rather have a go and lose 4-3 than watch us go down without even so much as a shot on goal. The current keepers are two of the worst I’ve seen for Dale in recent history and are truly dreadful. This team are inching. Their way to relegation and don’t look like they’ve got the fight and desire to stay up when push comes to shove. [Post edited 5 Mar 2022 17:05]

Because I'm in Australia I am sick and fed up waking up to watch this rubbish at 1-30am. Won't be re-newing my ifollow a/c next season no matter what happens from now on. Clueless from one end to the other. Poor on and off the field. Stockdale can go fore, never said that before.

Sutton United (a) Match Thread on 17:09 - Mar 5 with 2270 views | golfaduffy | Another awful display. Half that team are non league at best...the other half are weak an get outmuscled in a challenge. We are absolutely weaker than before January. Missing Morley and Beesley massively. Did a director say it was an brilliant window for us? Only thing Stockdale can do is come out and say it was rubbish and he apologies to the fans.
Sutton United (a) Match Thread on 17:12 - Mar 5 with 2232 views | 49thseason | The ghosts of the latter years of Keith Hill and BBM still stalk the corridors of the COA. A club short of ideas and cash grasping at the notion that we will only survive by selling players, and that we can only sell players who play in the stylee of Manchester City. So the whole club becomes inexpert, robotic tippy-tappy devotees irrespective of results. The results are actually shite but the system is now firmly embedded so everyone pretends everything is OK, it seems no one looks at the results except those pesky supporters for whom results are the ONLY thing that matters. What you end up with is 1500 missing fans and a declining income stream. Back to square one.... 442, a decent keeper a brute of a centre back, preferably 2, and a big 6 foot five lump up front. and 2 pacey wingers. 10 players who run, tackle and shoot on sight every game for 95 minutes. for Gods sake give us something to get excited about! This isn't a dig at the new board or Stockdale, well, maybe at Stockdale, but time isn't on our side, its simply not viable to win 1 home game in 4 over the last 100 home games and then hope to start winning 3 out of 4 to stay in the division. 39 points to play for, 20 needed.. Draws will not do it.
Sutton United (a) Match Thread on 17:17 - Mar 5 with 2174 views | jonahwhereru | A lot of keyboard anger on here right now. 38 points from 33 games, 7 points from the last five. 4 of the five bottom teams have got nine points between them in their last 20 matches. Basically, I won’t be loosing my lunch about our league status any time soon.
