Sorry, but why on earth do potential candidates have to commit to attending meetings in Swansea?

They don’t. It says that they should be expected to join the monthly board meetings that are held in Swansea. That doesn’t mean in person . A number of current board members and affiliates aren’t based in Swansea.

Thanks for that clarification ECB. It would have been better to have made that absolutely clear though I reckon.
