Lorraine is a lovely lady who I got to know along with her late husband(apologies for not remembering his name) when we sat near each other in the Centre Stand during the last couple of seasons at the Vetch Field. People like her will never be forgotten by those who rallied around the club during it's dark days.

By many yes, but others will still remember people who did things for true love of the club. Something that gets less in this corporate greed world now.

Last year she had to fight to renew her disabled season ticket.

She shouldn’t have to buy a fuçking season ticket.

Sadly there can't be many left at the club who understand the role supporters have continually carried out to still have a club today

sadly this is what happens when a club loses its identity, even during the time when everything in the garden was rosy. Reg Pike and Myra were prime examples.

Really Clive? She had the same problem a few years back when Dineen, Jenkins and both Dave and Martin Morgan who knew her very well and were very much in control of everything that went on at the club. None of them lifted a finger to help her then either.

I won’t pretend I know Lorraine well at all, but most people who know of her know she has given so much to the football club over the years. Having to fight to renew her disabled season ticket is disgusting.

Hadrian Gower who is mentioned in the report is my neighbour and still a ST holder who goes to every game with us, he must have been a ST holder longer than most of us have been alive.

There are numerous unsung heroes who educated fans thru TV, radio, fanzines etc and kept the interest in our our club alive. Especially when the majority were all getting suckered in the late 90's.

OK I've changed it.
