In Fleet Street people queue very British-like at the bus stop opposite my office. Even the tourists. Its the bus stop by Zest and Ley.

Saw some the other day. Wasn't specifically looking for it, but there it was in all its white refinery, shining brightly on the edge of a pavement. On the subject of dogs, you never see one carrying a newspaper or other small item of shopping back to its master or mistress at home anymore.

You're right...I always wondered about the white stuff, different in texture and aroma. Is it from a certain breed or is it their diet ?

Eating bones. Years ago everyone gave their dogs bones but in the last 20/30 years it’s reckoned not to be a good idea. Bones, especially chicken bones can splinter and cause all sorts of internal injuries. P.S. much fewer proper Butchers shops about, old fashioned ones that always had bones for your dog. Breakdowns generally. We saw a car being towed a couple of days ago, and my kids said they had never seen that before.
