It didn't hold water like it did at the Arsenal game, but yes its looking its age considering it used to be one of the best surfaces to play on, the Groundsman we had who looked after it then has left so that could be one reason,
That said pitches do have a shelf life and maybe the date on ours is nearly up. |  |
