After seeing some of the videos of him on the media stories over last few days, he certainly looks to have, shall we say, a 'strong personality'. Perhaps that's one of the main reasons they went for him? Huw & co may have been as irked as the majority of us by Ki and Taylor's nonsense towards Guidolin. From what I've seen, Bradley's mannerisms and way of speaking wouldn't look too out of place on a US army sergeant, so if the board saw Guidolin as being too passive regarding dissent amongst the players, maybe they thought Bradley's far more assertive manner was required? Honestly, could you see Ki trying to pull that same stunt again with Bradley?
And I don't necessarily think that would lead to an out flux of players, after all that was something that Ash indicated he admired about Koeman when he moved to Everton. If Bradley does it right then it will hopefully garner respect amongst the players and get them wanting to work harder for him. [Post edited 5 Oct 2016 14:48]
