None of it matters in the grand scheme of things. Peterborough on the 6th is all that matters - and the season after that. A 4-1 win or a 2-0 defeat - its all training . Thats why I've not bothered with pre season games for a long time - they are not worth worrying about. | |

No he looked familiar but couldn't put a name to the face. He looked like he hadn't trained with us at all didn't put into practice the tactics that we've seen throughout pre-season same thing with Samni. Second half was a dead rubber really the main problem was the front four didn't look very settled and probably not surprising as they've probably never played together before Samni, Andrews, Rathbone and Trialist.
Biggest problem I saw in the first half was the two centre backs even with plenty of time to bring the ball down and play it they took the long option either heading it up field or a big boot. We lost out on a lot of potential attacks through this. Both goals were well worked and you can't have many complaints both were also marginly on/off side depending on your point of view. I though Jim played him on for the first but the second was offside. I would watch the highlights but I don't want to waste any more of my life on that game haha. | |

I think the defenders were twitchy as the keeper was out of his depth and gave them no confidence. | | | |
