Transfer Thread on 19:52 - Jul 8 by jasper_T | Looked good in League One a couple of seasons ago but has stalled pretty badly since. Hope he makes an impression there. Have we got an official link with Yeovil now? Constant traffic over the last 3 seasons. |

But it says that this guy is essentially a midfielder who can play as striker if required. Are we going to get a proper striker, or are we going to play like Spain?

Doesn't sound too interested in us from the article I read. Midfielder/winger/striker. Sounds a bit like ayew.

Transfer Thread (n/t) on 14:49 - Jul 9 by airedale | To me, Joey coming in means a big name midfielder going the other way. |
The only one i can imagine is Ki. Jack seems settled, Leon ain't going anywhere and we don't have any other first teamers. I think we've room for Joey and Ki, but you're probably right. Can'g see us carrying excess.

Do you think Ki offers us more than Joey going forward though? Maybe not as good in defence. Out of the two, I think I'd prefer an on form Ki.

Ki should stay IMO. Can do a job in all three central midfield positions, probably his best behind a striker and not great as a DM but still worth keeping. Will still get plenty of games I'm sure.

Yep, but with all this talk about Joey coming back , I can't see us keeping all our big names, and I too reckon that it would be Ki going.

I wouldn't mind seeing Joey (playing deepery, ki, siggy. If ki could recapture 2015 form that would be some midfield. Unfortunately I think he might go too, but with the money we have now it might not be impossible for him to stay. We had ki and Jonjo at the same time after all, both thought to be first teamers in the same position.

I think it depends which Ki. Whether it's the one of last season or the one we've seen before. I like Ki though. I'd be happy enough for him to stay whether we have Jod or not. I'd agree he can have a bit more to him around the box, not that he's prolific.

Linked to him back last season, possibly when FG was here but to be honest, can't see it now and probably just lazy journalism.
