This is one player calling him good at encouraging. Allegedly. Unsourced.

At best this could make someone believe that he's a good motivator of U21's to progress. It doesn't show anything about actually improving players, being able to win, tactical nous, anything important really.

A decent, but unspectacular job.... This must be one of the worst defences I've ever seen at Rangers (and I've seen plenty)...so re: the formation and understanding in the defence department.. I think they are all playing his 4-2-3-1 system. Some ethos. Surely you use a system that's best suited to your players or recruit players that can work in the system? At Fulham Ramsay took off Cherry , replaced him with Mackie and kept the same shape at 3-0 down !! He seems determined to make his theory system work, whether it's good for QPR or not. Also big kudos to Paul Hall ( under qualified, good mates with Ramsay ) for turning the under 21's into a laughing stock. | | | |

Yes we were in PL, but that, in theory, meant we had PL defenders ourselves!
Look at international caps our defences had then compared to now.
Yes we have a poor Championship defence now, in those two seasons we had a poor PL defence.

True it's W3 D.3 L.2..In 8 games we have conceded 21 goals !!! Colchester are top of the division. No team in the league has let in more goals. It's true we are also the top goal scorers. Under 21'sa mirroring the first team perfectly. I still stand by Paul Hall not being qualified for the job. Same goes for Carl Serrant our so called fitness coach. | | | |
