Dale take on League One Champs
Keith Hill will take his men to South Yorkshire in the first round of the League Cup.
Dale have been handed a tough draw in the first round of the Capital One Cup, with a visit to last season's League One Champions Doncaster Rovers.
The game is expected to take place on Tuesday 6th August at Rovers' Keepmoat Stadium.
Our last visit to Doncaster saw a 3-2 defeat in the first round of the same competition back at the start of the 2006-7 season, with goals from Adam Rundle and John Doolan.
