I’d argue that bringing in the current day equivalent of the 1970 Brazilian football team under this current manager would not be seen as squad strengthening. He’ll ruin whatever talent they have.

You have a point but the truth of the matter is that whilst the same coach and straining set up is in place, Grines is never going to perform for us, I wouldn’t mind betting he’ll be too class at Coventry because Lampard will ask different things if him.

I don’t mean to be facetious Res because I agree with you but my faith in the club replacing with better is not high and not helped by the fact that LW is still here (or there because I’m in Wiltshire at the moment🙄😁).
Agreed but we won’t scrape through at this rate. We can only rely on three other clubs doing worse than us and it being a low points total to survive. I’m genuinely not hopeful sadly.
I’m a bit confused. The article says that any incoming money from any of our player transactions can’t be used to offset P&S this season. Am I right! That means we are in the same position if we offload or not until the summer meaning any player sales can’t be used until then or risk points deductions. Surely I’ve misunderstood that?!
I’ve questioned the same thing on here multiple times. How are far worse run clubs than ours managing to sign players. Have K&L taken the family silver with them? There must be a reason for it and if it’s loopholes why haven’t we played by the same rules? He may not be experienced in English football but I’m pretty sure Coleman woukd know about these loopholes if they exist.
