Frey is a big part of our solidity because the ball either doesn't come back at us as frequently, or less quickly, than it was earlier in the year. He's a nice out ball and makes the 3 in attack work |

Luton at home, the Monday before my first day back in the office of 2025. I'll take it easy. Barnstormer performance, beat Luton, 7 pints, home by 1am. Sat at my desk trying to style it out amidst the happy new years, a young colleague approaches me "Rob! I saw you on the telly at the game last night!!" Fear you can not buy. (Mercifully I was just watching at the time, rather than near one of the lino's interventions) |

It's also great for our recruitment. When we talk to young prospects we can say look at Eze, Chair, Morgan - if you're good enough we'll give you a platform |

He looks fairly off the pace, but man, has he only been working on crossing in his absence? His delivery is unreal rn |

Made me laugh that it seemed to get the crowd going more than the goal. Include myself in that. Was close to tearing my shirt off in response |

Earlier in the season I was pretty critical of him because he was a bit of a headless chicken and often created more problems than he solved. But that was a really disciplined performance last night. Liked how he could both hold up but also get in behind |

I think now we've gotten out of imminent threat of death, I really want us to try to finish as high as possible. Have a nice clean break and reset with a positive season and reset the mindset from circling the drain |

he's come on leaps and bounds and his form is a huge part of our upturn but man alive he cannot shoot |

I felt if the Watford back 5 put as much effort into actually defending as they did pissing and moaning they might have had a chance |

I used to sit in the Paddocks so I have a few. The Man City 2-2 game with the disallowed Austin goal, I thought i was gonna drown. I had to take my sock off to wrap my phone up cos it was actually stopping working. The worst was when we beat Brentford 3-2 (?) a few years ago. I left the house and it said 5% chance of rain, so I just wore a thin mac. I get to the Paddocks and it was a bloody monsoon. I was completely soaked through to the bone. At half time I told my dad (who was in a thick water proof puffer jacket) I was going home. Losing to those slugs, drenched, I'd had it. Dad bought me a tea and told me to calm down. We went back out and scored 3 goals in like 8 minutes and I was completely delirious, borderline trying to take my top off, giving it to the away fans nonstop in the torrent. "Amazing what a cup of tea at half time does" he said to me |

Usually letting one back against the run of play from an error would see us fold. Us restoring the gap almost immediately with the player who made the error staying calm and getting the assist? Immensely satisfying |

On the 87th minute their left back felt he was fouled and was sat on the floor remonstrating with the lino for almost a minute. Mate, you're 3-1 down and there's 3 minutes left. Get up. |
