Apparently we all need to "respect the point' whilst playing at home, chasing the play offs against bottom of the league with a -46 goal difference...the mind boggles |

In order to be "sustainable" the most crucial part is the product on the pitch, i seem to have been saying the same thing for what seems like years and years but we're definitely not seeing the best of the current crop of players, remember saying similar when BBM bore us all to fooking sleep too |

Whilst the managers first priority is to try and not concede and keep possession, the final result kind of seems immaterial at times, while the chance or choice even to go more attack minded is plenty down the priority list |

It's even more of a concern knowing the squad we've got to choose from and the multitude of options available to the manager... its just plain weird |

Just when you thought the Oldham game couldn't be topped for poor, without being all Billy big spuds we should be thumping teams like this if we've any remote idea of troubling the playoffs. |

It certainly needs to, the amount of goals conceded every single week even more so at the very very top is becoming hilarious, I'm sure it was Danny Murphy on TalkSport recently said something on the lines of "you're asking your least technically gifted player on the pitch to play the most important pass in the most critical part of the pitch, it's just insane" That ball against Arsenal from John Stones to Akanji across his own box facing his own goal whilst a players breathing down his neck at 0.0 set the tone for the full game, leading to an already fragile side with a self made mountain to climb, its just plain weird. |

His inclusion is as baffling as some of his exclusions... |

All very long ball, long throws to Fondop who we can't get near, look second to everything that half |

Players comps, scouts etc did used to all be normally in that section i believe so guessing the club block out a set number for every game. |

All very true TS, having listened to JMs post match interview he interestingly said something along the lines of, we decided to allow the opposition plenty of possession knowing we've got the players to seriously hurt them, not sure what the recent stats for possession actually are but hopefully there's a clear shift in the way we use the ball, the playing style does seem to have moved us further up the pitch. |

It could be more decent of us to maybe just close the business down and forget about any debts owed like it never happened...... |

It's almost like there's a reluctance to even want fans to actually ask any questions or even witness whats being said... oh hang on a minute |

There's been certain posters on here who've tried to justify the ridiculous regarding the over passing with the ball and the obsession with shitty negative possession all the time, even when it's been glaringly obvious it was costing us more than we'd ever possibly gained from it. Thankfully teams are finally seeing the light. |

The meltdown to their recent dip in form is a joy to behold, they were going to walk the league about 4 games ago, bless em |

Many folk have given up even pointing it out anymore it's that common, yet bizarrely most teams are still very much obsessed with keepers and defenders looking to break the world record for the most amount of passes during any 90 min period |

If you can't understand the benefits a fit Jonah brought to the side there really is no hope for you watching football |

I'd take a prime Gary Jones back in a heartbeat and twice on a Sunday, a position we've never really filled long term since he left, a proper captain |
