There's nothing misleading in it at all, it's a statement of fact.
Your post could be misleading though, if nobody besides the British wanted Northern Ireland, where did the loyalist terrorists come from? Are you claiming they were/are all British? That would be a claim very hard if not impossible, to prove.

The best answer I have is the whole shenanigans was handled very badly by a totally clueless bunch of politicians.
I still have to say, the EU has been pushing hard to bin all rebates. If we were to rejoin it would be on worse terms than we had when we left.
I'm 100% with Gwyn, we need to crack on and make it work. It's still the xcase there are people who want it to fail and will not give up on that but if we want a better future we have to work towards it and stop the pointless complaining.
The state the EU is currently in and it's future, they don't look so good right now. As much as the Europhiles won't/don't like it but maybe the best place to be right now is outside the EU but trying to negotiate a sensible new deal. The Tories screwed up badly, everything Bojo touched became a farce. |

Yet another dig at Swansea fans. English perpsective....utter rubbish, that people see and understand the possible problems while you fail to even comprehend the difference between the Asian cup and the Welsh cup, it says a lot.
The matter involves the EFL because that is where we play our football. It;s just another comprehension failure.
Who has objected to paying more for Season tickets? You made that up.
It doesn't make us weaker but it does increase the workload and means we would need a substantially stronger squad for next season, that costs money and as we are apparently not spending much this window because of P&S concerns, how do we manage that? |

Read your own post, the team will not benefit financially from this. You didn't suggest it, it has always been there, it was in the original information.
So, what is in it for us? Some money that can only be spent on infrastructure and how much depends on how well we do. I don't think most of us expect to do very well so not very much money. |

A pre season cup is allowed if it carries no qualification to another tournament that is sanctioned by the authorities. So a pre season Welsh cup that carries European qualification is not allowed, NO.. Not if the FA says no.
I gave you the answers but you don't like being told you are wrong. Debate involves facts and opinions, not imaginings dressed up as facts.

A serious debate needs raw facts, fiction has it's own department. It's not a trend by the way, it's a fact, you make things up and present them as if they are real, You can call them scenarios but you always invent them in such a way as to back up whichever point you are trying to make.
You don't even understand negotiations, you try to negotiate but if or when you cannot reach agreement then it doesn't happen, whatever it is.

Well many reasons though younger people aren't drinking as much, it seems to me. My son has the occassional bottle of WKD but only at home, he is 16 after all. He has never gone out with mates and gotten drunk which I had quite a few times by his age.
For my generation going to the pub, having a beer, it was a rite of passage and it then became the norm. Ypu didn't do much unless beer was involved somewhere. I drank heavily right up until my son was born yet now I hardly touch a drop.
Some have addicitive personalities and cannot control it, some use it as a crutch in hard times and some just enjoy it. |

Good grief and you call others dim. You cannot comprehend the difference between an "out of season" tournament and an officially sanctioned tournament.
The EPL cannot block the Asian cup, it's pre season.
Debate is always welcomed here but the thing is, you cannot claim to trump facts by making your own assumptions and voicing them as fact. You cannot make things up and expect there won't be ridicule.
PS, Blackburn might obhject because the Swans might only have to play 4 runnish teams and be in Europe and do so from playing in another country's competition, they may see that as unfair. That you cannot tell the difference is your problem. |

Because you completely fail to comprehend it doesn't make it nonsense. It's what Coleman has said, money from this will not be used to give Swansea an advantage in the EFL which means we cannot use it to improve the team.
Balckburn Rovers might field a team in the competition if it is sanctioned by the FA and EFL because it is an English competition with no route to Europe. They probably play kids if they are in it.
EPL clubs don't play in ANY cup they like, they tried a Euro super league and look what happened. When they choose to go on pre season tours, that's their business. |

Well there's an argument with a massive hole right down the middle of it. What Man City do in pre season tours is their business just as where the Swans go for pre season tours is our business. If't only the authorities concern if Man City wanted to play in another countries sanctioned competition, such as when clubs talked about forming a Euro super league AND you say the views of English fans is irrelevant, well no it;s not, nit unless the views of ALL fans is irrelevant and you think that then.....I'll stop there but it could have gotten rude

No terrorist should get any compensation, they already got a free pass for all that murdering.
Gerry Adams, as far as I'm concerned proof has been provided that he was part of it and there should be a way to legally prevent him from claiming any compo. If there's not then it's yet more proof the world is screwed. |
