In the attached video the barrister suggests that clear and much repeated promises could have legal value. If that was the case then that may curtail all the lying and false promises. I guess if you say it enough even though it's not in your manifesto it could constitute a commitment, it would have to be tested in court.
Quite like his notion that if political parties keep making clear and ambiguous statements on a particular policy such as the WASPI women and then suddenly change their mind then the WASPI women could have a case in law. That would stop some of the political lies!

I think that's fair and you should have the data to understand how your organisation matches up to your catchment area to check for any potential bias. Even then you would have to start at organisations of 50 or more if 94 percent comes from one group in your catchment area.
