You may be confusing the U18s (Youth Cup team) with the Development Squad. There is a bit of crossover between the two but I don't think any of the U18s are near the first team right now.

Anyway let’s stick to the point - Nick Hornby is an overrated talentless fcuker who couldn’t write a Christmas card let alone a decent novel.

I’m assuming it’s Arsenal’s decision to arrange the 4th Round FA Youth Cup Tie with the Rs for Saturday 18th January. 5pm KO.

On the same day QPR first XI play away at Plymouth at 12.30 (Plymouth to Boring Wood in 2 hours for kick off?)

The disdain they show for their own supporters and youth players is even worse - the Arsenal first XI are at home to Villa at 5.30.

Why not play the game midweek like most clubs do? I was expecting the game to be at Boreham Wood which it is and with a bit of PR they could have got a decent crowd along.

I thought I’d accepted that money had fcuked everything up and I’m surprised I’m incensed by this. Clueless body-trafficking puppy-farm visit-Rwandacorporate-entity excuse of a football club.

Great knowledge - I’d heard of Glossop and Dundee but Farnborough is a new one on me. There’s also a North End FC - from Glasgow (?) but they could be called Northend FC - not 100 % on them.

Glossop North End had one season in Division One in 1898/99 (pre-VAR!) which makes Glossop the smallest town to be represented in the top flight.

Apparently he’s already tried to sue Randy Crawford for guilt by association.

Seriously though around 10 years ago I watched the Crusaders lose to Fulham on a Thursday night in whatever European competition it was and the next night drinking in town (Bradley’s Spanish Bar to be exact) I got chatting with some blokes from Belfast who turned out to be the manager, the trainer, and half the team.
