I thought her Nirvana and Marmalade answers were too quick for a Google. I was crap today, only got Fleetwood Mac because I thought it was a green bonus question and I all I could think of was Peter Green. |
Don't know how old she was. I just listened to it again and she said she was retired because of ill health but if she's in her 60s like me, she could have got them. I got the Nirvana and Marmalade ones instantly and today's Fleetwood Mac one too because I have both of the Nirvana (Rainbow Chaser) and Fleetwood Mac (Green Manalishi) 7" singles from my youth and the band I played in while still at school used to play the Marmalade song Rainbow so if she's as old as me, you never know, she may have got them. It wasn't very easy to pick out any clues you could google from the Nirvana UK clip they played that quickly if you were not familiar with it and it's pretty obscure. I think she gets the benefit of the doubt tbh. Coincidentally, KB played Lay Down by The Strawbs straight after this morning's PM and the band I was in in school used to do that as well. |  | | |

Missed it this morning. Left the house about 9.30 just to go to Lidl & Tesco. Was fecking mental, got home at 12.55, nearly 3 1/2 hours!! I know it's Easter weekend but supermarkets are only shut on Sunday and every other day is like a Bank Holiday at the moment anyway. Waste of a morning. | | | |
