The recruitment drive has been funded by the re-mortgage of giggle, plus the paying off of debts.

If I were a bury fan, I'd be scrutinising this company.

And checking the re-mortgage papers.

Poll: Who do you think bury should appoint as their next manager?

The ground hasn't been mortgaged. The new board paid any outstanding debts off to take control and ownership of club, this money is now owed to them, they then place a charge on ground to guarantee there investment. This is what the old board were flogging with there guaranteed return. It's a directors Loan secured against the ground, our only asset. If the money owed to him is not paid then he can basically takecontroll of ground. Its a mortgage with the chairman. Not ideal but what was other option? .

And again, has anyone chased the club up about this yet?

So all that bollocks that you used to throw at us about us not totally owning our ground is...well... Redundant now??

And how long will it be before your current board call in their debts?

Erm

If he owes Bury FC lock stock and barrel why does he need a loan arrangement with his limited shell company? It's his, he owns everything anyway so is only insuring himself against himself.

I'm hoping for a "He owns Bury FC but doesn't actually own the ground as that is owned by Forever Bury or other persons" response.

If so, then it makes the same sense to me as it has all the way through.

Whack up the running costs, employ load of staff, pull the plug as the majority (sole) investor leaving the shareholders absolutely no choice, seize full control of everything INCLUDING the ground would be my next step.

Viva la Revultion!

I still wonder what David Lloyd is up to.
