Peart - Harris on 11:01 - Dec 3 by KeithHaynes | His finishing is hilarious, that chance on Saturday right in front of goal he didn’t even make contact with as an example. He’s had three other really good opportunities at home, all on a plate. Would have made a huge difference to our league position. |
The only positive there, same applies to Bianchini, is he’s getting in positions to miss easy chances. I’ve no doubt Vipotnik would have buried a couple of the chances both of them have missed, but he can’t get the first bit right.

Wes Brown saying exactly what was glaringly obvious to many of us at the time. Could still earn us a couple of million if he finds last seasons form though.

Some could see it some just wanted to blame his manager. That's football.

I knew this just after we signed him, as you say, some just wanted to use him as a reason to batter our manager.

And some of us who desperately wanted to see some attacking flair were grasping at the few straws available

Peart - Harris on 09:11 - Dec 3 by union_jack | With Eom’s recent absence he’s got some game time under his belt and in my opinion has improved, if only slightly. With Eom back, I think he is a good bencher to replace Eom late in games. He shouldn’t be anywhere near the starting XI ideally. |
Agree a good bencher as different people see different things like good touches that bring other players into play at a time where a number of players were also failing to make a good impression, now Eom coming back, others signed players seem to be improving I would rather see our own players on the pitch or on the bench to see them develop for the future. Peart - Harris on 08:40 - Dec 3 by onehunglow | Disagree. He is not a clever player, simply a lazy one |
Got no problem with other people's opinions, I said I liked some of the things I see from him but I also mentioned some of his weaknesses. Maybe I try see players positive side as well as their negative side, as I have said before rather have our own players getting game time over loan players but with our own struggling for form or injured we were short of players his inclusion was needed. Maybe not so much with Eom's return.

And yet did we play better as a team with him in it while first choice players were missing, instead of having poor displays with other players getting starts. Just trying to emphasise that Williams is having problems getting results out of games with the squad being so inexperienced, needing to use the likes of Allen and Naughton just to add obviously missing experience in the team, making excuses for Pearl-Harris or Williams?

Undoubtedly a skilful and clever player, but needs to up his attitude and physicality.

Better but I still think he is too lightweight.

I think we have to bear in mind it often takes time for players to adjust to a new team or league.

Will be interesting to see who will start on Saturday maybe Eom and Ronald giving him a needed rest on the bench.
Peart - Harris on 09:24 - Dec 11 with 707 views | Legend83 | Played very well last night with some great crosses from out wide, he clearly has something about him. Feels like before we scapegoat a young loanee in future, we ought to imagine being 22, moving jobs 200 miles away to work with a bunch of people we have never met, in a new office with new procedures etc. and expected to instantly shine. Football is a results game, I get that. But the above is the human reality of it.

I think the height he brings to the team goes in his favour.

I thought that as well. No disguising he’s been awful for a few games, but I’ve got to hold my hands up and say he played really well last night

Indeed the case He’s a sizeable unit but doesn’t use his size He is also lazy and almost gifted Plymouth a gold edged chance after he had created something for us. His biggest issue might be his game mentality

Good post fair play. I like to think I’m sympathetic with players who at the end of the day are only human. But patience only lasts so long. He’s been given plenty of game time to adjust but barring some great moves last night has failed to perform to the required level. Hopefully last night was the first signs of spring from him and he blossoms🤞

Peart - Harris on 12:48 - Dec 11 with 527 views | KeithHaynes | MPH came to the Swans with a one good game in five reputation. That’s what he is doing, he’s getting far more game time than he should based on the fact we have an academy player who should take precedence. Aimar Govea. Yes, he had his one good game in five last night. And he played really well at times. But let’s not forget some of absolute nonsense we have had to put up with this season from him. If he can continue this form then he most certainly will be a benefit. And making comment on his overall contribution as a player isn’t highlighting him. He gets a very big wage for playing poorly most of the time. A couple of goals (or is it one in seventeen games) this season and three assists ? Isn’t even the bare minimum a player should reach after seventeen games. Sometimes it hurts. Fulton had a good game last night.
