Dignified and gracious, particularly his remarks about Starmer.

The whole transfer of power in this country is dignified, efficient and amicable.

Compare and contrast with the other side of the Atlantic.

Fair play his resignation speech was very gracious indeed, shame that the people you could hear jeering in the background whilst he was making it, couldn't have shown some of the same.

This.

I hope the whole shouting in the background doesn't become a thing. The disruption during Jess Phillips' winning speech was abhorant.

No surprise to see who was doing it in Birmingham.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Yes, well that was by the kind of people who find strong, independent women abhorrent.

Brilliant speech I thought and a real shame he had to drag the ghosts of Christmas past around with him Johnson,Trust...otherwise things could have been different for the Tories

Wouldn’t describe Jess Phillips as strong.

You’ve got to be strong to put up with the misogyny, threats of violence and intimidation that she has.
She resigned from the shadow cabinet over Gaza and still they went after her. When you need a significant police presence at a parliamentary election declaration there’s something seriously wrong.

Very popular though. Strong as well.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

I agree with you, the grass roots tories still love Boris, but the general public loath him, and the less said about Truss the better. Sunak is far more savvy and knowledgable than his predecessors.
