Haven't started one for over a year so here goes...

Cardiff half time, QPR full time 25-1, seems tempting. Happy Christmas my fellow boarders.

Poll: Kitchen threads or polls?

Gone a bit early. Premature threadinator 😉

Poll: Where will we finish up next season?

First time in ages I'm predicting 3 points, given my appalling record this season, that is NOT good news!

very comfortable 2-0 win for the r's.

Poll: how many games this season....home/away.

Don't forget the Stroud effect. Dykes, Field and Dunne to see red and three penalties to Cardiff. QPR to win 1-0 despite having seven perfectly good goals ruled offside and ten valid penalty appeals turned down.

Cardiff appears to have steadied what I thought was a sinking ship. The bookies tend to agree and have them favoured to win. What's in Critchley's mind, play Chair in the hope of two wins on the bounce and a return in the belief the squad had a couple of months ago, or hedge his bets with more focus on the Luton game? I think Illias will start, and we come out on top, 2 -0 the R's.

Poll: Thank God The Seaons Over.

Keith Stroud. On Boxing Day. With our blood alcohol levels through the roof and 15 pounds of turkey and Quality Street still festering, undigested in our lower colon.

I hope you've all made wills.

You're not going to give your POTY ratings any help with that type of Yuletide message.

We beat Preston last weekend. We've got a new manager bounce. We're 6th and 14 places above Cardiff. And it's Christmas. So I'm sorry but I have to be all merry and optimistic with a 2-1 win, and goodwill to all Rs.

I can't see Critchley changing much after last week.
Chair for Adomah the only 1.
Bench could be interesting, with Amos & Roberts back fit.
Archer, Kakay, Dickie, Amos, Richards, Albert, Roberts.
No place in squad for shodipo, Thomas, Bonne or Armstrong.

Not to piss on all our chips, but we haven't won an away Boxing Day fixture since since 1967 (Plymouth 0-1) and have only won one Boxing Day fixture from the last dozen (Ipswich 3-0 2018).

Obviously if we were at home against a team with that sort of record a loss would be guaranteed and among the scorers would be a striker with their first of the season and a veteran defender with a debut goal.

Poll: QPR to finish 7th or Brentford to drop out of the top 6?

Depends on our expectations of managers.

I should stay away after my WBA thread experience but I feel Beal the boll*ox had something to do with our implosion.
Last week brought new hope and the QPR videos with the lads having fun suggests we are back and ready to win again.
