You'll be aware of how subdued I have been of late.
I m otm today the dreaded C did not turn out to be as believed. That is all we wanted to hear and it was the greatest more welcome news out of the blue.
It's been very unsettling ,as cancer sufferers and partners are only too aware ,but it aint the black cloud it looked.
I am humbled by the many messages I got,many from people with whom I have exchanged less than pleasant exchanges .Pretty emotional this evening and reflecting on those for whom the diagnosis is not what you want to hear.
I am tonight also thinking of those who are putting on a brave face in spite of the most ominous spectre that affects 1 in 2.
Just be lucky.

And you are a good man Andrew. True much water has gone under many bridges but I really am also glad Mrs Clase has come through it.
Maggie was stage 4 breast cancer 7 year ago and survived and we were told that the "unusual activity " was probably cancer. We are elated now naturally but I could well get angry before much longer as to why it was suggested to be without the results of the biopsy to hand. | |
