No Matchday report tonight, now it’s your turn 17:00 - Jan 30 with 2441 viewsKeithHaynes

So, I’m leaving it to you lot, the spine of the site, the backbone of Swansea Independent.

Tonight is the current Mrs Haynes birthday celebration. I have a bottle of quality Smirnoff to snaffle.

If you let me down I’ll be furious 😉

Be as whatever you like, have a laugh, enjoy each others company.

And let’s see what you lot are made off.

Start now.

Match winners throughout the team.
Not Ayew or Lowe today, it was the midfield lads with absolute class finishing.
Bodes very well.

Bodde’s very well. Like it!
First league game where we’ve scored over two goals this season, CH gelling well into the team and scored a lovely goal. Grimes was superb today and his goal was excellent and well deserved. Boswell again showing that if he gets in behind a defence he will provide opportunities. The back three were good bar the one uncharacteristic slip up and Roberts turned a list cause into our first goal with a tremendous cross on the by line whilst running full pelt in the opposite direction! Lowe and Ayew worked tirelessly and will probably both score next game. Dhanda did well and it was quite funny him being first on hand to congratulate Fulton on his superb goal after being subbed seconds before!

Special praise for Jay Fulton - he came on and scored but apart from that his doggedness and work rate help the side to impose our style of play on teams. A crucial component for us now and part of a very impressive midfield squad section.

Well done all 👏

Each time I go to Bedd - au........................

Boswell meaning Bidwell of course . But he is a scouser and many of us of a certain age who lived through the seventies and eighties would be familiar with the Scouse family Boswell. I wonder if Jake keeps rabbits?

Whilst Mr Haynes is away getting drunk and trying to nab some nookie we can swear to our hearts content.

I’ll start:

Cleft.

I would have a report but as I was settling down to watch game against one my my best mates team I got called out to do a job. Radio Wales presenters were complimentary throughout and Walshy was positively purring with admiration about our gane plan. He heaped a lot of praise on Ayew and Lowe.
I was the extended highlights and we looked like an excellent championship side, about three players short of a Premier team.
Our next two ganes are against the top placed teams in the top two leagues. Our takings for the Man City game will be very healthy if we win, as we already get nearly 250,000 for just being televised.
