Did the kiosks or bars make tap water available for free today? Today was the first time I ever remember there being a referee enforced drinks break at Spotland. Festivals and cinemas and things usually have water available FOC so it'd be nice to think we would too.

The water was indeed free but the cups were rented out at a fiver each
