Southamptons assistant now being fingered because of a meeting arranged by Scott McGarvey this whole thing clearly has a lot to do with him and who he knows so JFH wasn't fingered because he has been known to be bent but rather Scott McGarvey chancing
Mr McGarvey told him of a plan to pay managers to speak to investors in the Far East firm during trips to Singapore and Hong Kong.
“We had this little plan,” said Mr McGarvey. “We’ll give some managers a few quid. There’s a lot of managers who I’m saying don’t take anything. Because for 100 grand or 50 grand in readies, they get caught, they’re three million, four million pound a year, they could lose their job and lose everything over a 50 grand bung. What we’ve got going on, so somebody like [a named manager] will do public speaking … I can’t give anyone a chance to go back to the chief executive and say, 'he offered me a bung,’ because you’d be out of the game. Who’s going to say that?
“So I’m going to say … come out, we’ll give you a hundred grand. We’d want you to do a little motivational speech. They’ve got an investment kind of deal so you can send it to wherever you want. You want to do it to a charity, you want to give the percentage to your mum and dad, do it to a charity.”

Sounds like a real hero, our Mr McGarvey. A paragon. What a f*cking leech on society.

If Redknapp gets named again I'll piss my pants
I've been told Sir Alex too. Maybe finally get his cumuppance re his son from a few years ago. Hope so, typical champagne socialist.
All these names are British. You can bet the foreign managers are at it too. FIFA, UEFA, the completely incompetent FA, the sport is in a mess and deserves to fail big time

Well, they're giving it a long lead up if that is true - the Barnsley assistant coach and the Southamptin assistant manager. Big whoop.

Finding some of the criticism of tonight's video interview on Twitter slightly baffling.
Think of Twitter as the home of the people who would get ignored/shut down in any real life/public situation. Weirdos who have finally found somewhere where other weirdos will pay them attention and make them feel important
Cf Trump's electorate

Before I go and sleep in the basket, I will quote my favourite single by my favourite psychedelic band "Love" From 1968 - "Laughing Stock". Feck off Jimmy. Night night

Hoos is eloquent and comfortable in front of the camera and sounded authoritative without actually saying very much at all. Les looked more like he was anticipating an imminent attack of dysentry.

Gigg's, Moyles, Redknapp, Sparky, Pulis, Bruce, Pardew all to be named.
Crazy if they are all.guilty
The only obvious omissions from that list are Malkay MacKay and Warnock. Not to say they've done anything wrong, but I did expect to see them to be in the list of 8.
Surprised at Giggs...when did he find the time between playing, managing and shagging his brother's missus, whilst still being with his wife?! For someone who comes across a bit gormless, he's bloody productive and organised!

social media sees these lists go around all the time. We know Pulis is dodgy from the secret footballer, Warnock from Puncheon. Giggs keeps coming up randomly. Otherwise mostly guesswork.

I think many QPR and Southampton fans feel the same.

Me too. Sadly I think we're in the minority here - the vocal majority have already made up their mind.
I'm pissed off with JFH, as I consider him at the very least greedy, but yeah i'm confident the club have a handle on it and I trust their judgement. We've come a long way.
