Exactly - he was here on loan for a season. People hit the keyboard before engaging brain.

He went to Tottenham and realised he wasn't good enough to play regularly so he took a step back to a team he'd been at previously. So in this case Sigurdsson went to Paris(London) but was happy to come back to the farm. I'd say but perhaps you'd disagree he's done very well for us.

He went to Spurs and was played out of position ....the manager preferred Eriksen to Gylfi.

In my opinion if Gylfi had been playing the Eriksen role they would be champions now.
