You say TF is being too nice, but you want him to sack HR who is not nice !!

So being nice doesn't win matches and being not nice, doesn't win matches either ?

And we had ch*ls**'s Dave Sexton as well. Didn't stop him being one of our greatest managers.

Chelsea were an average club then, a world away from what they are now. Remember Chelsea used to be Shite before the money came in.

Football professionals don't give a f**k about our petty rivalries. I mean, look I want a meteor to crash into Stamford Bridge but even I accept that I'm a f**king idiot and that hating supporters of other teams because of who they support is daft. (that said F**K CHELSEA).

When you make your living from the game and see what a bunch of idiots fans are on a weekly basis, I'm sure you no longer give any tosses. So on that basis if we get an ex-Chelsea guy in charge, I'm not fussed but I don't believe he'll be here to ruin us.

Although if we got John Terry in even as a caretaker (and I mean that in the janitor sense) then I'm killing myself and all of you. In that order.

Another big name who would see QPR as a step down, we'll learn one day that anytime QPR have done well it has been with a manager and players who see us as a step up, a highlight of their career and a stepping stone to better things. Whilst we continue to get people in who have done it all elsewhere and see this as doing a favour for QPR we'll continue to face the same problems

You've summed up the situation perfectly.

We keep on talking about signing young, hungry players to me the same goes for the manager.

Harry reflects most of our players, old, tired, injured, lack of desire, happy just to pick up inflated wages and see QPR as beneath them.

Beg to differ. It pains me to admit it but they were far from average in the late 60s-early 70s when he was in charge of the scum. Managed to win the Cup and Cup Winner's Cup and were always challenging for the league but usually coming up short against Dirty Leeds and Liverpool.

How about a summer job swap with Bournemouth. We take Eddie Howe, they take back Harry!

Anyone who seriously believes Adel wanted to play for us again in the championship needs their head examined.

Three words.

Roberto. Di. Matteo.

Got West Brom (a team that has reguarly yo-yoed the top 2 divisions in recent times anyway) promoted, was then sacked, 'won' a champions league by simply letting the players manage themselves and playing park the bus football.

Ex Chelsea player, manager and hero

No thanks.

Remy and Adel didn't want to play for us this season ATAF

It's time we took this onboard and moved on. They were not up for a season in the Ch'ship, end of story.

Promotion is unlikley no matter who is in charge going forward. So unless we win the playoffs (which is a lottery), 'Arry is likley gone in the summer,. So save your (OK Tony's) money and let hiom walk, then go after a long term manager in the summer.

Why stop now, just when I'm hating it

I agree more or less with this and also think we should only play our own under contract players.

We have too many players on loan, this must cause problems in the dressing room, especially when they might be picked over our own players.

HR has screwed up big time, imo, with the loan player system, stop doing it please.

Don't care, perhaps use one of our own reserve players, the loan players ain't scoring anyway.

brian mcarthy im not a wind up merchant ive supported qpr for 55 seasons,im absolutely hertbroken that we are not going up automatically

ive got feelings ,and im really hurting right now
our whole season has suddenly gone up in smoke, and like everyone else i want us to attack i fear we could be fighting a relegation battle next season because harry redknapp always seems to like to put in older players
so as we progress we end up going backwards,im not happy at the moment,i want us to buy younger players and build for the future like west brom did

We all saw it coming, the hush that descended over Loftus Rd when Charlie got injured and the misery on this board on transfer deadline day was an indication that we all knew that we are a one man band. No wins since Charlie's injury, the players should be ashamed of themselves.
