Saints Sell Out Manchester United Away Game
Despite it being played on a Friday evening Saints will still have a big travelling army behind them for the trip to Jose Mourinho's Manchester United.
There could not be many more games that Saints would not be wanting to head to on a Friday evening than Manchester United, just about the only trips farther than a visit to Old Trafford in this seasons Premier League are the two visits to the North East, although Merseyside and Burnley are a few miles further.
But Saints fans have responded to the challenge and aided by Virgin Media's very generous donation of not only paying £10 of the ticket cost, but laying on free coaches for season ticket holders there will be a full complement of Saints supporters for the first away game of the season.
The club sold out of the allocation on Monday morning of tickets meaning that only season ticket holders got the chance to purchase them, that could well be the case in the coming season with Saints travelling support increasing each year.
