Saints Need To Make Sure Blip Stay Minor

Saints travel to Queens Park Rangers looking to make sure that they don't make it three defeats in a row and get back to winning ways.

It is starting to hot up at the top of the Premier League, if Saints had beaten Swansea City they would have soared back up to third and within 3 points of Manchester City, instead after the defeat they find themselves still in fourth but only by a one goal margin over Arsenal and indeed only two points ahead of Spurs and four from Liverpool.

So a win is essential to keep us from falling out of the top four, Tottenham host Spurs in the early kick off and that means Saints will drop out of the Champions League places, we need to make sure this is only a temporary thing for a couple of hours or so.

But the fact that they do play each other does mean that one hopefully both have to drop points and a win for us will mean we can take advantage of that and with Liverpool at Everton in the late kick off if the Liverpool fail to win we have the chance to push them further behind as well.

So it is important for a number of reasons that we get maximum points at Queens Park Rangers, the top six is hotting up, we need to show we are not only in the kitchen but we can take the heat.
