We all know what? 20 people at the AGM means not a lot of people may know anything of importance. Instead of playing the role of a sarcastic tw@t, try and contribute something constructive. |

As long as the GS is held by a properly constituted and authorised group, separate from the business of RAFC, it can be called whatever you want it to be. The overriding point is that the Trust, as is, has been neutered by the changed that occurred prior to the Ogden acquisition. Its' effectiveness and intended function is finished in the way that it was originally meant to be. The recent Trust AGM was attended by about 20 people. That says it all. |

Valid points, but it makes no difference to the overall situation whether the Golden Share is held by the Trust or a properly convened Supporters Club. Why there is a prolonged delay is something that needs addressing and answers sought. |

The Trust is a busted flush. It has little or no influence over anything the club does. It played a vital life-saving role when it was needed and helped steer the club through some very dangerous waters. That said, the Trust shareholding is now virtually worthless, when compared to other shareholders and the watering down of their value, took away the effective voice of the Trust. What is the point of a Trust director, other than as a token gesture? What does the role actually achieve now that the Trust shareholding is meaningless? SG isn't interested in what fans think, nor what they have to say. He is a useless communicator and has a terrible attitude towards anyone who has the temerity to challenge him or question his motives. Who remembers the AGM and his disgraceful comments and bombastic attitude? He showed his true colours that night and I'll never forget the disdain he showed to those who are the lifeblood of this club. It's time he went, but the Trust can never repeat the removal of Bottomley because their voice has been silenced. Yes, the Trust is clearly a hindrance (at least to SG). If he hasn't been told already, or hasn't seen it for himself, CO needs to be sat down and told exactly what fans think. We need to resurrect ourselves as a Rochdale Supporters Club. The Trust has had it's day. |

The 5.30pm timing for tomorrow was ridiculous. A 10.00 am meeting on a general working day is farcical. It's almost as if there is a deliberate attempt to discourage people from attending or making it as difficult as possible to do so. Full explanation needed from the resident Co-Chairman. |

Will this now be cancelled due to the rearranged match with Leamington? |

The constant exclusion of CD, JS and maybe others is a counter-productive, and in my view, a spiteful act. Each have made huge personal contributions to the club, each of them could offer great experience and knowledge as the club go forward, but to the detriment of the club, this isn't being allowed to happen. People need their collective heads banging together to get it sorted. It's childish and petty and the club is the loser from all this. If there is anyone sat on the top table who can find a solution they should be working hard to do it. There is no place for spite if we wish to progress. It's corrosive and it needs to stop. |

What will happen next is that history will repeat itself. The current bunch of clueless clowns through inflated egos and sheer incompetence, will drag their club back to the brink, with more fall-outs, more embarrassment, more humiliation and people chaining themselves to drainpipes. They have apparently learned nothing from recent experience. Should be renamed Lemming F.C. |

Watch anything? So, I support my team and my club. This is a domestic cup fixture. The players and supporters have no choices to whether the club decides to take part. Why should we abandon them and withdraw support? I want to see my team play at all their various levels, whether first team, youth or whatever. My choice is to support the team. |

It was enjoyable. A good 4-1 win and a good workout for fringe players and those who needed minutes. Another record broken for Hendo and despite the doom-mongers there was a bigger crowd than they predicted. Additionally, any Dale fan in particular (or other fans generally) who actively encourage other fans to boycott their own clubs' games need to give their heads a wobble. Brain dead idiots. It might be a poor competition, but your team is competing. Support them. |

Whoever decided to conduct an interview in a closet with a goldfish bowl over his head, should listen to it and see what a God awful decision that was. Can't hear a bloody word of it. |

What kind of a complete balloon would down vote a post that is 100% factual and an honest assessment of a personal experience? Ah, yes. THAT balloon. |

Conversely, I bought my tickets online without a hitch. Quite an easy process. |

There was also the scandal involving 'indiscretions' by a (then) Director which led to a massive payout to another employee of the club. Of course no-one was prepared to discuss it when the subject was raised. Another example of the clandestine manner in which matters were carried out. |

Both teams on Tuesday were miles better than Southend were on Saturday. That's the inconsistency on show. Dale seem to be over cautious at home. No idea why, but they have little to fear if only they would play AT PACE. |

We deserved the win for the way we fought to earn it. Halifax were a better and bigger challenge than Southend but we were a far better team tonight than last Saturday. For all their endeavour, we stood strong, defended well and got 3 well earned points. A good game to watch, some good individual performances all over the pitch. That ball from Allakariah to McBride was superb. We can - and will - get better. Saturday will be a big test at Barnet, but no reason to fear them. Let them worry about us. |

Gordon has made a full apology on social media for his errors. Fair play to him. These things happen. We move on. |
