Yes full backs both side is where we need loans right now. And Santos leaving also. Attacking midfielders we are massively well stocked. I have no issues with loans though, as you can get decent players in for half or a full season at low cost. We are building up our stock for taking premier league youth players who potentially have star quality and being in London if certain other clubs want to try us out currently we have a decent manager and a growing reputation for developing players and playing attractive football. And clubs want players to stay local so all premiership London clubs could be on our radar possibly. This particular guy was young player of the season last year in the A league Premier, so no mug and Spurs signed him on five and a half year contract Appreciate though perhaps not in an area we currently need strengthening. The messages disappear after few minutes so harder to monitor on Snapchat but used to be for younger people. WhatsApp messages stay as they do on messenger and normal texting, emails etc. Facebook for 40s and older. Instagram under 30s. Tik Tok teenagers. X The Trump Family Multitude of dating sites / apps, don't think it's allowed for under 18s.. But romance scams the worst. [Post edited 28 Jan 0:43]

Well i remember my sisters kid playing games on a tablet/ipad at around age 30 months and that was 15 years ago. I think 12 or 13 is an age when lot of kids have mobiles. Maybe to start with for messaging or calls. It is possible to restrict certain social media access and also adult sites on the Internet, as a parent, you can set this up and also you can limit usage ie time per day as most kids obviously clearly nassively over use technology today - like we all do tbf. There is software and apps around that can monitor usage and also there are even more extreme ways of monitoring in that you can know the location of the phone at any moment in time. I guess this is a good thing but my partners daughter, she used this monitoring app on her ex boyfriend, hence why I think he is now the ex partner !!! You can Google for all of the above. There are ways to be safe and for parents to feel they have some control but it is a wild wild west out there on the wild wide Web, so hope it all goes ok. I think it's important to allow some access as all their mates will have and denial could lead to an extremely disgruntled child / teenager !!! Some compromise with some control is probably the best way forward |
| Forum Reply | New Year transfer window rumours at 10:02 27 Jan 2025
Can't see the point in that, when we already have a League 1 striker with 16 goal involvements already in Charlie Kelman. If we were going down that route, the cheaper option would be chosen, am sure. Can't see us signing a striker this window though. Not happening. |
| Forum Thread | Team selection for next match at 10:15 26 Jan 2025
Nardi Paal Cook Edwards Dunne Colback Field Saito Kolli Smyth Lloyd Think time to rest a few. Varane and Morgan on bench for next one. Chair and Frey also benched for me, think others are currently in better form. Saito Colback Kolli Lloyd from the start. I would get Cook in from the start myself also. Fox done nothing wrong but Cook is our leader and we need him back. The fact Dunne and Paal are always selected when for me both also would benefit from a game on as sub too, but we have zero cover at full back. And how regularly do we never have cover either full back. Very strange but I see several changes for the next game. |

How many years is his new contract ?? Was this made public in our new open to news information era ?? One year , three years or ten.. Pointless releasing half the information.. Was this said ??? Is it good news as he has not exactly set the world on fire, since he has been back, but how long is his contract ??? Have I missed something ??? [Post edited 26 Jan 10:02]

Was in South Africa Road stand. Didn't think it was massively special at first glance. Used to think it was an overrated moment. We beat Barnsley !!! |

Kicking a woman in the head is the lowest of the low. Kicking anyone in the head is ridiculously violent but attacking a woman in such a way is completely indefensible and totally vile. The worst thing about this is his wife / partner is still with him and is now siding with him saying it didn't happen and the 999 call was inaccurate. She is attending court with him too. Probably talked her into it. Which is awful in itself also. One day he is going to do something that there is no coming back from and he will be put away for a very long time. He never played for our club as far as I am concerned. Erased from our history !! [Post edited 25 Jan 11:35]

Genius - thank you. Finally an opportunity to tell my often told gag. I have aforesaid tattoo on my genitalia. It simply says "QPR" but when I am excited it says "QUEENS PARK RANGERS" For some strange reason my better half, thinks this has no comedy value as I retell it for the umpteenth time !!! |

I collected that weird publication as a spotty oik !!! A few instances of people spontaneously combusting, the occasional poltergeist playing silly beggars and a few fairies hanging around the mushrooms in the back gardens, I believed all that crap then. So naturally progressed to being a lifelong Rangers fan. The natural cycle of life !! |

And its always someone else that's the tw*t in the world according to Joey.!! Trouble follows this guy around... Attempted to get us relegated at the Etihad.... But truly there is not a word that adequately applies to this man.... |

Shows how young these guys are. To me he looks like he should still be at school. Its a very difficult situation. Am sure in an ideal world he wants to perform and carve out a decent career, but whether it is actually lack of talent , mental health or otherwise, can see why fans are all over this, ie because of his wages, but that was down to ourselves. But Man City initially and then Brighton saw something and we fell for the hype. Whether his agent has done him any favours is hard to assess. Ie whatever he has done extremely well financially out of all of this. But there are many occasions talent has not progressed as it should for a whole variety of reasons. If Cambridge want him back here, I guess we can try to loan him somewhere else but I doubt anyone would pick him up now. Think we should simply pay off the contract and put it down to experience. |

Accidentally down voted when meant to upvote Lblock. Fingers and thumbs or early senility. Jimmy Dunne is the heart beat of this team. He literally bleeds blue and white hoops. Agreed we are in the modern age of football, but Dunne is never going to fetch £2 million anyhow. Maximum £750k but that's not enough. He is such an important player here. Gives it everything every single moment. Is a threat and effective in both areas. Has added scoring and assisting to his game. Is hard to pass and he can adapt so if we change tactics to a back three, he can play either role. So adaptable, a goal threat, a presence in defence, a man that can assist and works well with the men in front of him and a future captain and in a few years will be the senior pro that can help the younger players in the first team and a man that knows the club inside out. So his value to us is on many many different levels and if some idiot decides to get rid too soon, there would be repercussions. A lot of fans would not accept such a stupid decision and could quickly lead to a decline. Dunne is that important for us now. It's not happening though. Otherwise I will eat my hat !!! Crikey are you sure you follow QPR. Some of your posts recently been focusing so much on negatives At the moment mate we keep winning We are currently doing well and about as consistently well as we have done for years Does supporting our club make you happy. You focusing so much on negatives at a time when there are so many reasons to actually for once feel happy and praising the players and management. Not sure if you for real on some of the things you are saying. |
