It's like watching the majority of ETH interviews when at Old Trafford, you wonder if you've witnessed the same game, if by a "performance" he means keeping the ball in areas that cause absolutely zero threat to the opposition we are putting in some wonderful "performances', but sadly it's purely a results driven business, he could probably do very well to remind himself, play as well as you like but keep racking up 1.0 defeats and the axe will undoubtedly fall. Depends if you calling boring bad DA, for me its like watching paint dry far far too often, considering what we have within the squad if he's getting anything near a tune of of this lot I'm the next king of England, even a point down there wouldn't have changed much it's like driving a car around with the handbrake permanently on the top notch [Post edited 14 Dec 19:13]

It was that exciting I actually turned it off after half time and instead chose to write a pile of Christmas cards, something I actually despise doing. You wouldn't mind a boring game if your team ploughs on with a few 1.0 absolute snore fests, it's terrible to watch and the results are about as satisfying. |

No I didn't go James I was working, to be honest I wouldn't have gone even if I wasn't, From where im sat any ideas and attempts to increase the crowds can only be a positive move, the club gets criticism and rightly so on some things but I think they've got this idea spot on. You can't compare a trip to Old Trafford or the Etihad to a trip to watch conference level football regardless of cost, it's a completely different experience and you'll never change that. |

Due to the size of crowd that actually went compared to how many would have attended normally without the tickets it can only be described as a good marketing exercise, any more in attendance are future possible customers so well done the club on that idea. |

This "working landscape" you talk about is also reverting back to the more original office based for many roles as some of the larger companies have finally cottoned onto the fact a lot of staff do not do a great deal whilst "working" from home, as a result this whole hybrid type working week is getting binned, again this would be a problem if more folk are now in the office it would be a problem getting to Spotland for 17.30 for many folk, not to mention the traffic is horrendous at that hour of the day. Regardless how long anyone's waited to buy a ticket and their reasoning behind it of which there can be a multitude of reasons, the option to buy should still be very much just that, it's amateur and poor customer service yet again. |

If we can't progress against such opposition we shouldn't have any plans to go very far in this competition |

Just been watching Exeter v Lincoln and the one and only David Perkins got a red card from the bench while Ethan Hamilton played most the game |

Not sure Liverpool do play a "slow possession based" style under Slot, they've shut the door at the back and are very hard to score aginst, they've also gone away from the "heavy metal football" all guns blazing Klopp style that's all Im not too sure they're quite as good as their early league position would suggest either, they've ground out a result against Chelsea beaten teams they could quite easily have lost to and hit a Villa side bang out of form still looking shell shocked from European football, it also coincides with Arsenal and City both imploding whilst losing their key players for long spells, imagine Liverpool without a VVD or Salah for months on end they'd be nowhere near the top. |

Not sure how many managers you need to work your way through to realise the problems may run a little deeper.... |

We won't keep winning many football matches having already given ourselves a needless mountain to climb even more so against well drilled sides, Halifax should have been out of sight at half time luckily they weren't, Barnet today should have been further out of sight too, all too predictable. My lads 6 and his coach repeatedly tells them don't over play the ball around the back... Just as Barnet shoot themselves in the foot with another bit of comedy defending.... Hendo scores 2.1 |

I can't get my head around why you'd not just keep things tight and clear your lines early on in a game away at one of the toughest places in the league....its just plain weird "If I was Rochdale I'd be very nervous playing the ball around the back like that" exactly what the commentary just said after half time too. |
