Just got ST and this is just wrong - they’re foisting debit cards on you with no choice to opt out. Ok, I’m not going to activate the card but what about when I want to get a cup ticket - would I have to pay for it on this card? Also having to link it to another card; 15p per usage; plus 0.75% per usage; plus £2.50 for atm - just seems a con and wrong.
Can I ask to have a non debit card season ticket? |

Was going to put £5 (stolen from kids Christmas penny jar naturally but winnings returned) on rangers being promoted. 14-1 !!! Told the bloke he was taking the pisis, reminded him we just avoided relegation by 2 points and have same squad and manager. He checked and confirmed 14-1 for us to be promoted. Madness, no wonder the bookies all drive in rollers. |

Funny but I don't think gentrification has changed Shepherd's Bush as much as shifting migrant populace. The Irish have moved out to the burbs and Muslims have moved in; as is the history of many major cities. I drive down Goldhawk Road from the bush to chiswick and my old Irish pubs are all gone - either shut down or replaced by Arab smoking bars. Fair do's to them, as in twenty years time it will change again for the next wave of migrants.
Not gentrification, a mix of that and normal inner city changes. |

Various sources on NewsNowQpr reporting "race" between crystal palace, Liverpool, Bournemouth to sign rob green. You couldn't make it up!

About time all at club hierarchy had a reality check. Don't buy this January, get rid of hangers on to desperate premier survivor hangers-on, do best to stay up, keep those that do perform and bring in younger, hungrier players willing to fight in summer - forget January apart from selling the dross. |

In over 40 years of watching QPR, the last two games have been the flattest atmosphere I've ever witnessed. It was better in the 1st division than this now for support. Disenchantment at a new high? |
