Saints fans have just returned from 2 away games in Manchester and Nottingham,played in January in the freezing cold and this is how the are rewarded. |

So on the bases of him playing twice.The first of which he was a second half sub,the other I am not sure if he started or again as sub,you conclude he is not up to the grade to play for us.Dont get me wrong I don’t know if was good enough but to jump to that conclusion so quick doesn’t make sense bearing in mind the chaos that’s been going on. |

We need a goalscorer.
The game against Forest was dramatically changed when we scored,thats what happens, it affects the game.
Glen Kamara has only scored 6 goals in his whole career since 2015.
Albert Grønbæk might be good but I cant see him scoring many goals.

We keep criticizing players form but we should take into account how this club has been run recently.
Jones,Selles and Martin have been found wanting in this division,remember they brought their men with them,not so much Selles.
Our tactics,training and fitness haven't looked up to it,players form when they join us goes backwards.
Players have been thrown about like confetti ,they must be as confused as I am watching them. |

Selles Hull are 21st in the Championship having won 6 out of 27.
Dont recall him doing much at Reading.

Has it ever been this bad?
Last night I saw Saints control the game for a hour,then the inevitable happens we let a goal in and go to pieces.
What is obvious is we need a goalscorer,if we had one of those we could have gone 3 up against United.
Yes we have some poor players but they are not all poor.
Buy a striker,look at Chris Woods at Forest, 33,bought for 15 million from Newcastle,has scored 27 goals now.
There must be some golden oldie out perhaps we should ask Lawrie to have a look for one. |
