Apparently Lukaku (who seems to be on the bench alot) Werner (who seems to be on the bench alot) and Hudson-Odoi (who seems to be on the bench alot) have Covid so Chelsea ask for their match to be called off and have been refused.
Nothing to do with a big dip in form and only getting a draw with Everton mid week and struggling against Leeds last week.
They have a massive amount of young home grown squad players and they should use those as they dont have to be used in the 25 I thought..... oh hang on they have 22 .... yes 22 players out on loan this season.
What an odious thunderchunt of a club! |

Trying to buy my 2 season ticket seats for the replay - tickets showing twice again in my reserved seats - click on two go all the way through the credit card details and it times out!
Next I ring - the Ticketmaster system goes thru all the options (on a premium rate line) then you press 2 - other than pressing any number doesn't work! You then get disconnected!
Next try the QPR 020 number 5 minutes of messages cuts you off says callback later!
What a shambles!

I went down to Hampton & Richmond to see them take on Truro City last night in the National League 1 South Play Off first round.
Hampton won 3-1 after extra time coming from 0-1 down. In goal was on-loan Rs keeper Seny Dieng. He saved a penalty down to his left in the second half and kept Hampton in the tie.
Played very well made a number of saves, commanded the box and looked a cut above at this level!
I can't remember in 40 years having so many quality keepers throughout the ranks! |

Pre Window we ended up playing Phillips as a striker as we were short on strikers.

I dont include Mackie as he is used more as a winger and I am not sure he will ever start under Piggybank.
Am I missing someone or something but surely we should have been bringing in more striking options.
Its gonna be a long hard 3 months IMHO.  |

The club may have a serious issue on their hands. I doubt any sane person has renewed already and most (like me) will wait until the end of March. By the end of March we could be in serious trouble with a real spectre of League 1 football next season and I wont be paying £539 for it thanks very much!! If we are relegated I would pay a maximum of £400 for the season and if not then a walk up on the day for £25 per match (or lower) is in order. Had a season ticket since the 89/90 season and thru everything this is the first time I have started to doubt whether I will renew. I know a number near me in the Ellerslie have the same feeling! |
