Why the 70's, 80's and 90's? |

I am going to write to the club to ask for the remaining home games of this season to be played at a neutral venue somewhere in the north west, especially the FA Cup 5th round game, because the pitch looks an absolute disgrace, it is the worst pitch I have ever seen, which won't look good live on BBC One, so it wouldn't be a bad idea if no more games were played on it until next season to give it time to recover as I have never seen a pitch as bad as that in many a year. |

Why wouldn't Col U play home matches at Portman Road, it's the closest ground that has good drainage. |

If both preston and sheffield Utd games get postponed due to a waterlogged pitch, I will write to the club requesting for the remaining home games to be played at Portman Road, Ipswich, where the drainage is far better and should ease fixture congestion. |

Now that 2 home games in a row have been postponed due to bad weather, I am working on the principle that Colchester won't play at home at all during Feb and if they do it's a bonus the way things are going. |
